Learning objectives, a lesson written to read aloud, a real on-the-job scenario with discussion questions, a 10-question quiz, a skills checklist the supervisor signs, a sign-in sheet and a certificate of completion. The answer keys sit at the back for the trainer. You also get an annual training plan, a 12-hour completion certificate and a training record log.
